- Changes if any, Pause / add-hoc milk delivery need to be made a day prior by 6:00 pm through the app. We do not accept milk updates after 6:00PM.
- Payment to be strictly made online before the 15th of every month via the app. A late fee of 1% will be charged from 14 th of every month.
- Option of payment through cash is not available.
- Customers to rinse the bottle and keep it at the door in order to be collected next day. Both the bottle as well as the bottle cap are to be returned. A penalty of Rs.100/bottle will be charged in case of loss of bottle in the monthly billing.
- For any issue related to delivery kindly contact the customer care between 5am-10am on the same day. In case milk is not delivered, customers to inform the customer care on the same day. No action will be taken if informed on the next day.
- Feedback – Any milk related queries or complains to be brought to notice via feedback or through customer care executives. (Feedback section is available in the Manchar Farms Milk app)
- Next month milk subscription will automatically happen on 21st of current month. Customers need not add the manual subscription from the app.
- Milk Update – We do not take milk updates on whatsapp.
- Cancel Subscription- you will have to contact our team to cancel your current subscription.
